Poor Customer Service

I have one of the origninal Simon PB machines and it has worked well. However, I recently lost the charging cord and I can't get anybody to tell me how to buy a replacement. The macine itself is fine, but the customer service sucks. I'll go to a different brand in the future.

Great machine and even better service

This is a great machine to improve a full range of shots and get a great work out in. I have not used another machine and cannot compare to others. But as far as service goes, it is uniquely good. Mike is truly available to answer any question and help in any way possible. Really exceptional in a time where there is never somebody “there” and then actually friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.

This machine its very strong, it provides different shoots , and now with the oscillating base its even better. I am so happy I decided to purchase this one instead of the tutor ( I tried the tutor its good but this one is the best)

I am a 70 year old 4.5 rated pickleball player who travels quite a bit for tournaments.
I rely on drilling at home to better my game. Recently the machine has failed to throw the balls consistently and the balls have been getting stuck in the machine.

Hi Darlene, I'm sorry you are having an issue with your Simon2 machine. I noticed it is 2-1/2 years old and still under warranty. After that amount of time it may just require an easy adjustment or replacement part. Whatever the issue is we will figure it out and get your machine operating as it should and make sure you are happy. Take care, Mike.
