Warranty

PBM (PICKLEBALLMACHINE.COM) warrants its products to be free from defect in materials and workmanship for a period of THREE (3) years for Simon 2 and FIVE (5) years for Simon X (longest in the Industry) from date of original purchase except for the battery, which is warranted for one (1) year based on normal usage. Excessive use and exposure to high heat (car or metal shed) can shorten the battery life and the warranty. Our two pitch/throw wheels, the most important part of any Pickleball throwing machine have a LIFETIME warranty.  They are military grade built and will never wear out.  Our plastic competitors have only a 2-3 year warranty.  PBM will repair or replace defective products at its discretion, without charge. Evidence showing the date of purchase and serial number must be submitted at the time the warranty claim is made. This warranty is void if the serial number has been altered or removed and shall not apply to damage caused by misuse, unauthorized repairs or alterations. If any defect should occur, contact PBM at 859-380-8969 and request Technical Assistance or issue a trouble ticket at PICKLEBALLMACHINE.COM. Please have your serial number available, it can be found on the bottom of the machine. If we are unable to resolve the problem by telephone, return the unit in its original carton and packing, freight prepaid. PBM will pay the freight to return the repaired merchandise to the customer. No C.O.D. shipments will be accepted. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
