For a full refund less shipping costs, an R.A. number must be requested within five business days after the customer's receipt of the machine as indicated by the packing tracking information, and the returned product must be received by PBM within seven business days after the R.A. number is issued. Please call 859-380-8969 to obtain the required RA number. Restocking fees apply to all returns received by PBM after the initial grace period outlined above. Restocking fees also apply for products returned in less than new condition and for products not returned in the original carton & packing. This offer applies only to machines purchased directly from PBM (PICKLEBALLMACHINE.COM) or one of its authorized dealers. Returns after 30 days are prohibited.

Delivery of Simon X is by freight and is costly.  If customer changes their mind after the machine has shipped or if delivery is unable to be made due to customer not being available or properly responding to FedEx Freight delivery requests (phone calls, emails or texts) the customer will be responsible for any storage fees and return freight costs back to the manufacturer.  These fees can exceed $600 plus restocking fees.
